At Energy Martial Arts Studio Calgary, we strongly believe that every child is gifted and smart.
Our after school program it designed for schools and non-for-profit organizations aiming to further empower children’s education and motivation by helping them think big, have dreams & goals for the future, and, more importantly, helping them believe in their potential.
We do not just teach children how to kick or punch. We guide them step-by-step through the process of exercising and appropriate breathing techniques in order to release the best in them.
Our unique approach is based on the power of respect and self-confidence. We mix fun exercises, traditional martial arts (Taekwondo, Karate) and relaxation techniques including meditation in order to empower the children and make them bully proof.
